* NEW GROUP *
Wu Tao is a unique form of movement that is ideal for people of all ages who are interested in reducing stress, fatigue and other health ailments while getting fit and making new friends.
Kim leads the class and asks that you bring a towel or yoga mat and a water bottle with you.
The classes are held at the Nambour Community Centre on Mondays starting February 6th from 5:30 - 7pm.

P5 PleasurableParenting Program
If you are a parent who would:
- like to improve your relationship with your child,
- like to improve your communication with your child,
- like to manage emotional situations effectively, or
- like to enjoy parenting...
Then this course is for you!
P5 is a participatory program promoting pleasurable parenting.
The course runs over 7 weeks and aims to aid in making parenting enjoyable.
When: Thursday March 8 - April 26, 2012
Time: 10 - 12:30pm (with morning tea break)
Where: Nambour Community Centre - 2 Shearer
Street, Nambour
Cost: $5 per week with refreshments provided
Bookings are essential.

Multicultural Playgroup
Come along to FREE mornings full of FUN, CRAFT, GAMES and FOOD!
Mums, Dads, Grandparents and Friends are all welcome.

FREE Computer Access
The Centre has 4 computers available for community member access. The computers can be booked for up to a maximum of 2 hrs.
The computers are free to use with a small charge for printing.
Open Monday to Friday from 9 - 2:30pm - please call the centre to make a booking.
